ReplyDeleteI am glad that you had your Dad to help make you feel safe. I grew up in a house full of family with my cousins sleeping in the same room as me. We would stay up talking, laughing, playing games until we literally fell asleep.
Isn't it wonderful to have a foundation of family who pours love and confidence in you? It is satisfying to our emotional and mental health to have our parents, family members, teachers and friends build our self-esteem at a young age. I am glad that you had that growing up.
I needed an Arthur for geometry. I had two tutors, my teacher and a classmate and I still ended up with a C or D each grading period. The joys of learning Math with an English mind. : )
