During my journey at Walden University has been a long challenging one, but it was well worth the learning experiences, wisdom I gained and the strategies to successful advocate for others. Every course I took at Walden allowed me to be part of a family community of circle where I was able to learn and gain good advice from the wisdom each of my colleagues shared with me. During my last and final course I learned out to explore and search for jobs locally, statewide and internationally. I have also learned during this course how to be a better advocate, connect with the right people and be a true leader with good characteristics. One long- term goal I have is to obtain a career/job at the Chicago Public School where I can continue to make a difference in the lives of young children. I would like to thank Dr. Embree and all my colleagues who shared their knowledge, wisdom and experiences with me throughout this course. Each of you help me to gain new information, enhanced my prior knowledge and understanding with all the advice, comments and suggestion that you all shared with me.

Again, I would like to say thank a million to Dr. Embree and all my colleagues for your help and support; keep up the good work as you all make a difference in the lives of other adult learners. Dr. Embree you are a wonderful, patience and effective instructor. I will not forget the positive impact you made in my life. Best wishes to all. May you all have a long happy, successful and prosperous journey without your entire life.
